1. Shipping and Delivery Options

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Orders placed with express shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders above ₹999.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are processed on the same day, while those placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Orders are processed and shipped only on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your Dressing Hub account.

4. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across all major cities and towns in India. If delivery is not available in your area, we will inform you as soon as possible.
  • For remote locations, delivery times may vary slightly.

5. Delivery Charges

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable for orders below ₹999.
  • Express delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional fee of ₹50.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
  • For assistance with rescheduling delivery, please contact our support team at support@dressinghub.in.

7. Order Delays

  • We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.
  • In case of any delay, you will be notified immediately via email or SMS with the revised delivery schedule.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@dressinghub.in with your order details and any supporting images of the damaged package.
