Refund Policy for Dressing Hub
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for orders that have been canceled before they are shipped or for products that have manufacturing defects or damages.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
2. Refund Process
- If your order is eligible for a refund, the refund process will be initiated within 7-10 working days from the date of your request.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer) used during the purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a return or replacement as per your preference, and the refund will be processed after we receive the defective item and complete a quality check.
4. Refund Timeline
- Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund has been successfully processed.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds are not applicable for size issues, as all our products are made on-demand and tailored to your specific order.
- Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Canceled Orders
- Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please note that once an order is printed or manufactured on-demand, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Prepaid orders canceled before processing are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
