Q1. How do I place an order on Dressing Hub?
To place your order, follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our collection of stylish clothing and accessories until you find something you like. Once you’ve chosen your product, select the appropriate size (check out our size chart if needed).
  2. Click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
  3. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the screen, and then click ‘Checkout.’
  4. You can either log in to your existing Dressing Hub account or create a new one.
  5. Confirm your shipping address, choose a payment method, and click ‘Place Order’ to finalize your purchase.

Q2. How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp message with your order details and order ID. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped. Just sit back and relax as your Dressing Hub products make their way to you!

Q3. How can I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, log in to your Dressing Hub account and click on the ‘My Orders’ section. You will see the current status of your order there. Q4. Is there an additional charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) at Dressing Hub?
Yes, there is a nominal fee of ₹50 for COD orders.

Q5. Why is the COD option not available for my order?
The COD option may not be available for your delivery location. In this case, you can use other payment methods such as Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or choose a different delivery address where COD is available.
